You recently completed our 6-week online coaching course, and immersed yourself in leadership, culture building, and connecting on a deeper level with your athletes. But there is only so much you can do with over 250 coaches on a course. You want to go deeper! You are looking for more! Now you can.

For the first time ever, Dr. Jerry Lynch and John O'Sullivan are going to take a small group of coaches on an intense 4 week deep dive into their coaching. We are limiting these groups to 12 coaches. Each week for 4 weeks, 3 of those coaches get on the hot seat, present their ideas/struggles/challenges to the group, and get feedback and a specific plan of action from Jerry, John, and their peers. Sessions will be 2 hours per week to allow adequate time for feedback. The success of this program will be driven by the commitment of the entire group to pour into each other, be honest, vulnerable, and generous. At the end of four weeks, you will have a plan tailored to your specific needs, a coaching mastermind group to continue bouncing ideas off of, and so much more. YOU GET:

• 4 X 2 HOUR GROUP SESSIONS
• 1 X 60 MINUTE CALL WITH EITHER JOHN OR JERRY TO COMPLETE THE CLASS
• A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES ON THE HOT SEAT
• WEEKLY DISCUSSIONS WITH COACHES FACING SIMILAR CHALLENGES AS YOU 
• A GROUP OF COACHING PEERS TO CONTINUE YOUR DEVELOPMENT WITH.

THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROGRAM DEPENDS UPON THE COMMITMENT OF THOSE COACHES WHOM ARE SELECTED. WE WILL NEED A MINIMUM OF 6 COACHES TO MAKE IT WORK. IF WE GET MORE THAN 12 APPLICANTS, WE WILL GROUP OUR COACHES BY LEVEL/AGE OF THEIR ATHLETES, AS WELL AS GEOGRAPHICALLY SO WE CAN FIND A TIME WHEN WE CAN ALL MEET. WE ARE COMMITTED TO MAKING THAT A TREMENDOUS VALUE FOR EVERYONE WHO JOINS, SO YOU CAN GET DIRECT FEEDBACK AND INTERACTION WITH JOHN, JERRY AND YOUR PEERS.
