Transformational Coaching
This 50 minute online coaching course is perfect for both new and experienced coaches. It teaches how to give athletes a great experience using the 3Cs of Effective Coaching and Team Building: Connection, Communication and Character Development
Coaching Mastery
Coaching Mastery is our 6-part online course that delves deep into leadership, athlete psychology, building team culture, engaging parents, coaching best practices, and long-term athlete development. It includes over 10 hours of interviews with leading Olympic and Professional Sports Psychologists, Skill Acquisition Experts, authors, conflict resolution experts, and so much more. The course has 3 basic parts: Leadership, Team Culture, and Long-Term Athletic Development.
Warriors Not Winners
This course will help parents, coaches, and athletes return to the core purpose of youth sports through understanding what defines a warrior, how to develop the warrior ethos, and when to defend it against influences that want to shift the mentality back to a win at all costs mindset.
Coach Development Series
The goal of our program is to help you become the type of coach you always wish you had. You know, the caring, fun, technically and tactically proficient, yet champion of the relationship game type of coach. It can be difficult to coach this way, as the culture of many athletic departments and sports clubs is so outcome focused that the human development piece is lost. In part I of our series, we take a deep dive into what makes a transformational leader, how to build sustainable championship cultures, and using mindfulness, meditation and visualization to improve performance.
